If you are interested in expanding your business or if you are already selling online, this information is for you! We offer a drop shipping program which is available to all of our customers. With our drop ship program, you will be able to reduce your inventory management and shipping cost by just submitting your order with the consumer address. We will pick, pack, and ship the order all for just a small processing cost. Please see below for all of the basic information on the program and, if you believe this is for you, please call or email us to discuss the program further.

1. There is no minimum order with our drop ship program. There is a minimal drop ship service charge for orders under $100, but the fee is waived when the order is $100.00 or more and is shipped to one location.

2. Please contact us if you would like to request the full packet of information, which includes the product images CD-Rom disk. Alternatively, you can download the image by right clicking the product image in the product page and select “Save Link As…”. Also included within your packet will be our items’ Package Weight and Dimensions Chart.

• • For all shipments using next day, 2nd or 3rd day air, just provide us your shipper number and we will be happy to ship your orders via 3rd Party Billing by using your UPS/Fed-Ex account. However, prior to using your UPS account number for 3rd party billing, we must have a signed UPS 3rd Party Authorization Form on file.
  • For any account that does not have their own shipper number, we will ship via the express service level as noted on your purchase order and bill you for the actual dimensional weight charge from the carrier.
  • All Express Service orders received by 12 pm Chicago time will ship out the same day.

3. We are now shipping to all domestic US military bases to help support our men and women in service. These shipments will ship within 48 hours of receipt via Priority Mail. For Priority Mail please use the rates on USPS website.

4. Shipment notifications are automatically provided with the tracking number to the email address you provide us.

5. All packing slips and shipping labels will be blinded, stating that it has been shipped from the “fulfillment center”. Please confirm that all your customers’ addresses are correct, as currently all carriers charge a service fee for address corrections. Due to the excessive charges for address corrections, an invoice will be issued for all charge backs due to address corrections.

6. Drop ship accounts will be updated when items go out of stock and advanced notice will be given when they are arriving back in stock. Please provide the email address of where you would like this to be sent.

7. For the drop ship program, we can accept non-defective returns with a 20% restocking fee and a $4.00 service charge per incidence. The program would also require the customer to ship the items back under our Return Authorization Number, in their original condition and packaging, to our address freight prepaid.
